Operational Review Meetings
We regularly hold an Operational Review Meeting (ORM) with each of our ISPs to report on the performance of the service in the previous month or week. Slide decks are shared via email with all attendees. The meeting covers:
- Monitoring update
- Customer support tickets received by our help desk
- Logistics – delivered devices, activated devices, current stock and forecast
- Insights into usage – Top 20 channels/apps and overall service usage
- Engagement activities held – notifications and banners
- Roadmap items
