LONDON, 15 October 2026 – Netgem, the leading white-label TV platform provider for independent altnets and ISPs, today announced that Community Fibre, one of London’s leading full-fibre broadband operators, is launching the next generation of Community Fibre TV, powered by Netgem PLEIO.

The deployment marks a major evolution in the long-standing, five-year partnership between the two companies, enhancing Community Fibre’s entertainment offering from the original Netgem TV service to a complete, feature-packed home entertainment product: WATCH. STREAM. PLAY.

Expanding Competitive Advantage Through Content Bundling

This strategic evolution highlights how Community Fibre is expanding its competitive advantage in the UK telecommunications landscape. By combining fast full-fibre infrastructure with Netgem’s premium PLEIO product, customers can enjoy a complete home entertainment service. Bundling high-value TV, streaming, and gaming alongside multi-gigabit speeds creates a compelling all-in-one offering — strengthening Community Fibre’s position against traditional broadband-only providers.

Delivered via the second generation of the PLEIO 4K Puck over Wi-Fi, the platform eliminates the technical barrier and installation costs of traditional rooftop aerials or satellite dishes and offers an all-IP solution, structured around three core value pillars:

● WATCH: (All-IP Broadcast TV): Deep integration with Everyone TV’s Freely platform allows subscribers to stream live and catch-up content from public service broadcasters (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5) alongside 150+ thematic and FAST channels, natively over Wi-Fi.

● STREAM: (Unified OTT Aggregation): Built on the Android TV OS ecosystem, PLEIO provides direct access to tier-one SVOD services (including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and Apple TV), enhanced by cross-app universal discovery and Google Assistant voice navigation.

● PLAY (Turnkey Cloud Gaming): Delivers a non-traditional media revenue stream through an integrated cloud-gaming service featuring over 300 console-quality titles, complete with an included Bluetooth gamepad.

Executive Commentary

Peter Rampling, Chief Commercial Officer at Community Fibre, said: “This launch marks an exciting next step in our five-year partnership with Netgem. By bringing together Community Fibre’s full-fibre broadband with the latest generation of Netgem’s entertainment platform, we’re giving Londoners an even better way to enjoy TV, streaming and gaming at home. We’ve always given customers a compelling alternative to the big expensive TV bundles as they can pick and choose what they want and when they want it. Now we’ve made the experience and content even better and added a catalogue of more than 300 cloud games.”

Sylvain Thevenot, Managing Director at Netgem UK, added: “Delivering next-generation entertainment to a capital as dynamic as London requires a zero-compromise approach to performance and simplicity. We are thrilled to deepen our long-standing collaboration with Community Fibre by bringing the second generation of TV service directly to London households with PLEIO. WATCH STREAM PLAY cuts through the complexity, giving London renters and families aerial-free TV, top streaming apps, and console-grade cloud gaming straight out of the box.”
