1. The promoter is Netgem, located at Bank Chambers, 6 Borough High St, London SE1 9QQ. 

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the draw are excluded from entry.
By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

3. How to Enter 

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete the Netgem PLEIO feedback survey in full.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. The Prizes

The prizes consist of:

One (1) Luxury Spa Break for two.
Four (4) Red Letter Day Vouchers worth £50 each.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, their prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
